Is My High School Child a Good Candidate for Culinary School | Chefs.eduIf your son or daughter has an interest in cooking and/or baking and has the energy to work hard in the competitive restaurant and hospitality industry, then he or she might be a great candidate for culinary school. The industry is booming, with more than a million new jobs expected in the next ten years.*

No experience necessary
You might be concerned that your child may not be a good candidate for a career focused school. Anyone who has drive and passion is a good candidate. 

Le Cordon Bleu cooking classes are  hands-on training in commercial  kitchens under the guidance of experienced chefs. Students prepare focus on their skills, then practice in the real world through an externship in an established establishment. 

Multiple education opportunities
Recent high school graduates, college graduates, and adults looking for a career change attend Le Cordon Bleu in part because of its reputation in the industry of quality and excellence. . There are a variety of degree levels to choose from including -- certificate, associate, or bachelor’s.

Diverse interests served
